Oritain Global is located at 167 High Street, Dunedin. The building occupies the entire site area of 704m2. Located in Dunedin CBD, this early 19th century building is one of many featured heritage buildings in the surrounding area. Exterior facades have heritage status and exterior modification is very limited.
This is the 11th stage of design for this building. Initial projects began with an Oritain basement laboratory to accommodate ten staff.
The company mainly occupied the basement floor, with subsequent stages including a combat gym fit out. Today, Oritain Global occupies the entire 4-storey building, accommodating more than 100 staff.
The brief for this project was to create an office located on the top floor that provided elegant formal spaces for high value meetings plus lounge & dining setting for hosting guests and staff events. Retention of interior heritage features was a high priority for the finished look.
